Most brands resell ready-made products; Ansoz designs and builds every kit from scratch, in-house. We also believe children learn best by creating, not just playing — every kit follows our Play • Learn • Create philosophy.

Ansoz doesn't import ready-made kits from elsewhere — every kit it sells is built by Ansoz itself. 

Yes. Ansoz is a certified OEM, verified through RITES Limited's Vendor Assessment Process for the Government e-Marketplace (GeM).

An Activity Kit gives children the materials and steps to build, assemble or create something themselves, rather than a finished toy. It's about the learning in the process, not just the end result.

A toy is a ready to use product whereas an Activity Kit is built or completed by the child, making learning part of the play.

Both — Ansoz is an educational Activity Kit company. Every kit is fun to use, but designed with a clear learning purpose, from STEM concepts to fine motor skills.

Kits are designed mainly for children aged 3–14, it also offers a few products for kids above 14.  Parents, teachers, and schools are our main buyers.

Ansoz sells mainly online across India with one kiosk store at Ground Floor, Ashima Mall, Bhopal, where you can try kits in person.

Ansoz offers Activity Kits across building & DIY projects, electronics & science models, art & craft, puzzles & smart learning games and early education kits for letters, numbers and language. Whatever your child enjoys — building, creating, or experimenting — there's a kit designed for that way of learning.

Ansoz kits are mainly built from compressed wood and the kits involving circuits or working models include quality-tested electronic components.

Yes. Kits use non-toxic, child-safe materials and each one lists a recommended minimum age so it matches a child's stage of development. 

Yes, every kit is checked in Ansoz's in-house R&D lab before it's finalized, looking at both safety and how easy it is for a child to follow the steps. 

Yes, Ansoz uses non-toxic paint on its kits, so there's no exposure to harmful chemicals during normal use.

Yes, kits are built to handle regular handling and normal play without wearing out easily.

Some kits, like puzzles and certain smart activity kits can be played with many times. DIY kits can be disassembled and reassembled while craft kits are completed once and the child keeps the finished result.

Yes. Ansoz's early educational kits are available in multiple Indian languages, including English, Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Urdu, Assamese, Kannada, Tamil and Telugu. 

Yes, most kits are made with beginners in mind — the steps are simple to follow, and no prior skill or experience is needed to get started.

Yes, if the siblings are close in age. If there's a bigger age gap, it's better to pick a kit suited to each child individually.

Yes, some kits offer personalization and other custom requests can be discussed directly with Ansoz. 

Yes — a single premium kit makes a memorable birthday present and we also offer affordable options in bulk for return gifts.

Inside an activity kit, you'll find the materials for the build, along with clear written instructions and access to an instructional video.

Most build materials are included, but tools like scissors aren't provided since they're meant to be used only under adult supervision and these are usually easy to find at home.

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number & URL by email which you can use to check delivery progress on our website or the shipping partner's website. 

Yes, before it's dispatched. Once it's handed to the courier, cancellation may not be possible — contact support right away if you need help.  

Yes, you can contact support to get the address updated, but once the order is shipped, changes can't be made. 

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if eligible. Once we receive and inspect the kit, we'll process your refund. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.

Yes, if the kit is unused, undamaged and all parts are intact, within the eligible return window.
